jperya Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jperya," "we," "us," "our" — refers to jperya, the online gaming platform operating at jperya.net and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a jperya account or is accessing the jperya platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the jperya website, mobile site, and all gaming services accessible through jperya.net.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the jperya Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player into their jperya Account using accepted payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits awarded by jperya that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required for all jperya accounts prior to withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

To open and maintain a jperya Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on jperya.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-natural persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of jperya, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes immediate grounds for account suspension.
• You may hold only one (1) active Account on jperya at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with all associated funds subject to forfeiture.

Each jperya Account is personal to the registered Player and must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise made available to any third party. The Player is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by the Player.

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your jperya login credentials at all times. jperya will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jperya's support team immediately.

jperya implements standard KYC verification procedures. Prior to processing any withdrawal, players must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. jperya reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

jperya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and are subject to change at jperya's discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals must be processed using a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. jperya strictly prohibits third-party deposits or withdrawals. Any transaction identified as involving a payment account not belonging to the Player will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours subject to system availability. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• jperya reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a rolling thirty (30) day period.

jperya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus offer is governed by specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all jperya promotional offers include:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms, which is typically seven (7) days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Game contribution rates are displayed within the promotions section of the Platform.
• jperya reserves the right to decline, revoke, or claw back any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, bonus stacking, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and may not be claimed by Players who have self-excluded or are subject to active deposit limits at the applicable tier.

All games available on the jperya Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other licensed providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

jperya uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers and are subject to additional game-specific rules. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers and available upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jperya Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances at jperya's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one Account on jperya, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or Platform systems. Any winnings derived from a known or discovered exploit are void and subject to clawback.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements or PAGCOR anti-money laundering rules.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or jperya staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or processing transactions on behalf of another player.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings from the disputed funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jperya staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jperya Platform — including but not limited to the jperya brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game content — is the property of jperya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jperya Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the jperya Platform without prior written authorisation from jperya.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jperya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jperya's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

jperya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security measures.

jperya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jperya.net/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with this document.

By registering a jperya Account, you consent to jperya collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

jperya may share Player data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law or upon lawful request. jperya will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jperya is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a financial strategy or a means to recover debts or losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jperya Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications that remind you of elapsed session time and net session profit or loss.

jperya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a related responsible gaming authority.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not related to fraud or breach of these Terms, jperya will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to applicable processing times and verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jperya's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

jperya operates in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jperya Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

jperya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, jperya will provide notice via the registered email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the jperya Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure through jperya's customer support team.
